MLB: Washington RHP Stephen Strasburg
In running his 2016 record to 10-0, Strasburg extended his winning streak to 13 games, dating to last season. The 13 consecutive victories tie Walter Johnson (1924) and Stan Coveleski (1925) for third-longest in D.C. baseball history. The Nationals have won 16 of his last 17 starts.
BREWERS: RHP Tyler Thornburg
Thornburg saw his streak of 26 consecutive batters retired end Friday night on an eighth-inning double by New York's Yoenis Cespedes. But Thornburg established a club record for relievers and his streak was the third-longest in Brewers history.
