Miami —The Brewers' starting rotation, which got scrambled a bit during a rainy weekend in Cincinnati that included a makeup doubleheader Saturday, will get back in order over the next few days.
To get there, manager Craig Counsellwill give Ariel Pena his first major-league start Wednesday against Miami. Pena, just up from Class AAA Colorado Springs, made his debut Saturday night after a long rain delay shut down Wily Peralta after two innings.
Pena went three innings, allowing two runs and picking up his first big-league win right out of the chute.
