The 20-year old shortstop is batting .307 with four home runs and 36 RBIs this season with Double-A Biloxi of the Southern League. He's currently ranked 73rd on MLB.com's Top 100 Prospects.
Arcia, a native of Anaco, Venezuela, led the Florida State League in hits (144) in 2014 and ranked among the league leaders in stolen bases (31), and batting average (.289). The Brewers signed him as a non-drafted free agent in 2010.
Arcia will represent the World Team in the Futures Game, while Biloxi's pitching coach, Chris Hook, was named to the U.S. Team's coaching staff, which will be led by Ken Griffey Sr.
