DENVER -- Chase Anderson beat a stomach bug to start for the Brewers on Opening Day. On Saturday, the stomach bug prevailed.
The Brewers scratched Anderson from his scheduled start against the Rockies and bumped up left-hander Brent Suter one day to pitch instead. That left an opening on the schedule for Sunday's series finale, with club officials weighing multiple options as of Suter's first pitch, including No. 9 Brewers prospect Freddy Peralta, who was scratched from his Saturday start at Triple-A Colorado Springs.
"I don't know what it came from," said Anderson.
