The Milwaukee Brewers' dismal 13-25 start to the 2015 MLB season has the team already considering selling via the trade market.
Two potential trade chips for the Brew Crew, according to the Boston Globe's Nick Cafardo, are starting pitchers Kyle Lohse and Matt Garza.
Here's Cafardo with the report:
Scouts who have watched his starts believe he just needs “a change of scenery” to get locked in. Lohse could be had immediately as the Brewers are likely ready to sell. Matt Garza also falls into that category.
Lohse has struggled with runner in scoring position to start the 2015 campaign, pitching to a troublesome 5.85 ERA despite posting a WHIP (1.20) and batting average against (.255) significantly lower than his career averages.
Garza on the other hand is having a rough season up and down the board, posting a 5.72 ERA with an inflated WHIP (1.58) and BAA (.273) in relation to his career marks.
