Tony Pulis has taken his first training session as Middlesbrough manager since his Boxing Day appointment.
The former Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion boss was brought in by the Championship club after they surprisingly sacked Garry Monk on December 23.
After watching his new charges beat Bolton at the Riverside Stadium on the day he was announced, Pulis will take charge for the first time when they host Aston Villa on Saturday.
The veteran coach was immediately putting his own stamp on proceedings as he took training at Rockliffe Park on Thursday.
