QPR cling on to give Michael Beale his first win as R's boss with a 3-2 win over Middlesbrough after racing into a 3-0 lead before 'Boro fought back to force a tense finale at Loftus Road

Michael Beale has won his first game as Queens Park Rangers manager after a 3-2 win over Middlesbrough at Loftus Road.

First half goals from Chris Willock, Jimmy Dunne and Lyndon Dykes saw Rangers race into a first half lead, before Matt Crooks pulled one back for the vistors before the break.

Marcus Forss then put Middlesbrough back in the game with a second half strike, but QPR held on for their first three points of the season.
