Middlesbrough have received an offer worth up to £20million for striker Emmanuel Latte Lath from MLS side Atlanta United.
The bid includes add ons and would potentially be a new record fee for the MLS.
Leeds United, Ipswich Town and West Ham have all shown interest in Latte Lath but it is Atlanta who have made the first move with their substantial offer.
Boro have yet to accept and recognise the importance of Latte Lath's goals in their bid for promotion.
The 26-year old joined Boro from Italian side Atalanta and has scored ten goals in 26 games this season.
