Championship side Middlesbrough have signed Nottingham Forest midfielder Lewis O'Brien on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 24-year-old has been a peripheral figure at Forest, playing just 17 games, and was left out of their Premier League squad after January.
O'Brien had previously been a key player for Huddersfield, playing 131 games and scoring eight goals.
"Lewis has tasted success before," Boro boss Michael Carrick said.
"He's got good experience, he's a good age, and he offers something different to what we have here.
"His arrival gives us greater options, and we're looking forward to working with him.
