COLLEGE STATION, Texas—The Middle Tennessee cross country teams showed strong performances at the Arturo Barrios Invitational Saturday morning in College Station despite the tough field. The men came out on top, finishing first for the fourth straight meet this season, and the women's team finished second out of 28 total teams.
The men managed to claim another first place title, finishing with a total time of 1:59:06.78 and 41 points, 124 points better than host Texas A&M in second place. The team was led once again by the unstoppable duo, and who placed first and second overall.
