MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee's women's tennis squad sweeps Conference USA rival WKU to improve to 10-11 and 2-3 in C-USA on Friday afternoon.
The Blue Raiders started the afternoon in the right way with Lidia Burrows and Lee Barnard easily give the Blue Raiders the doubles point, 6-2 on court two. Luisa Zirilli and Marta Peris Herrero won by forfeit on court three. Costanza Magazzini and Zani Barnard did not finish but left leading 5-2.
MT kept things rolling right on into singles play.
