DALLAS – After a stellar performance at No. 1 Tennessee Dec. 23, Camryn Weston was voted Conference USA Player of the Week, as announced by the league office Monday afternoon. The award marks the first of his career and the first regular season conference award won by a Blue Raider this season.

In the Blue Raiders' lone game of the week, Weston scored the second-most points of his career on the road against the top-ranked Volunteers, earning 24 in the contest. The redshirt-senior's 17 first-half points were integral in Middle Tennessee pacing Tennessee 40-32 at halftime, the first time all season the Vols have trailed at half or allowed opponents to score more than 36 points in the first frame.
