DALLAS – After a career-high performance and a solid road sweep in the final road trip of the regular season, Middle Tennessee's Camryn Weston has been named Conference USA Player of the Week, as announced by the league office Monday afternoon.
Weston was instrumental in Middle Tennessee's effort to sweep the road trip against NM State and UTEP this weekend, the first time this season MT has swept a trip. Weston went off against NM State Thursday, tallying 30 points and four made threes off the bench, en route to the win in Las Cruces.
