MURFREESBORO, Tenn.—The Middle Tennessee volleyball team fell to Western Kentucky in three sets Friday evening by scores of 15-25, 19-25, 14-25. The Blue Raiders fall to 7-13 on the season and 1-5 in the conference, while the Lady Toppers improve to 20-1 overall and 6-0 in the league.
Dora Peonia led the attacks for the Blue Raiders, finishing with eight kills on the match. Taylor Hammill tallied 26 assists in the three sets, and Bri Tankesley led the team in digs with nine total to come within five of the 1,000 career-digs mark.
