MURFREESBORO, Tenn.—The Middle Tennessee volleyball team fell to Charlotte in four sets by scores of 21-25, 25-20, 23-25, 13-25. The Blue Raiders fall to 6-9 overall and 0-1 in the conference, while the 49ers improve to 10-7 on the year and 1-1 in the league.
Freshman Kayla Henley led the team in attacks with 15 total on the match, and dished out 10 digs to record her fourth double-double on the year. Dora Peonia finished with 11 kills and 15 digs to record her eighth double-double on the season. Bri Tankesley led the team defense with a total 16 digs on the match.
