Murfreesboro, Tenn.- The Middle Tennessee softball team will host C-USA opponent and longtime rival, Western Kentucky on Friday in the "100 Mile of Hate" series. The Raiders (25-18, C-USA 9-5) sit one spot behind the Hilltoppers (30-9, C-USA 12-3) in the East division of C-USA.
The last time these two teams met was last season in Bowling Green where the Raiders took two of three from the Hilltoppers. WKU leads the series since 2002, with a record of 34-22 against the Raiders.
