MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee head coach Rick Stockstill announced today the hiring of Brent Dearmon as the program's new offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. Dearmon comes to the Blue Raiders after spending the previous two years at Kansas under Les Miles.
"I am extremely excited to welcome Brent, his wife Amanda and their children to the Blue Raider family," Stockstill said. "Brent has a great reputation and is well-respected in the coaching profession. He fits every quality I was looking for in this hire. His recruiting ties were in alignment to the areas we recruit, so I know he will have an immediate impact in that aspect as well.
