MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee football standout Brent Stockstill has been named one of 14 C-USA Fall Spirit of Service Award Winners, as announced by C-USA Commissioner Judy MacLeod.
The C-USA Spirt of Service Award recognizes the community service efforts of the league's student-athletes, based upon significant public service, good academic standing and participation in their selected sport. The Spirit of Service Award is presented three times throughout the year, with today's honorees representing the fall sports.
Stockstill has essentially rewritten the Middle Tennessee record books in terms of passing yardage and passing touchdown marks, as well as 300-yard games, 400-yard games and completions.
