EL PASO, Texas – A resurgent Blue Raider basketball team had a chance to send it to overtime in El Paso Thursday evening, but fell just short in a 67-66 thriller inside the Don Haskins Center.
Middle Tennessee played some of the best offense it had all season against the UTEP Miners, and aside from a pair of powerful post players in Bryson Williams and Efe Odigie, played just as well on the defensive end.
"We had a good opportunity to get a road win tonight, and those are really hard to come by," Head Coach Nick McDevitt said.
