MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – In a hard-fought battle with Louisiana Tech, the Middle Tennessee women's tennis team came away with a victory for their first Conference USA win of the season.
Overall, the Raiders improve 6-6 this season while the Bulldogs fall to 4-5. It is the fourth straight win in this series for MTSU.
The Bulldogs took the first doubles match, but Lidia Burrows and Lee Barnard quickly answered with a 6-2 victory meaning the doubles point came to the final match involving Zani Barnard and Love-Star Alexis.
