Bloomington, Ind. - The Middle Tennessee track and field teams saw six top-10 finishes on day one of the Indiana University Relays despite facing tough competition.
Esther Isa claimed the gold in the women's high jump clearing a distance of 1.78m, which is a new personal best. Akera Benton and Willington Wright both placed in the men's and women's long jump with Benton taking third (5.94m) and Wright seventh (6.94m).
Four Blue Raider women placed top-25 in the 200-meter dash. Ida Mensah led the team finishing 13th overall with a time of 25.
