NORFOLK, Va. – Middle Tennessee may very well have been the team with the most heart inside Ted Constant Convocation Center Thursday evening, but first half shooting woes like never seen before this season proved too much to overcome as the Blue Raiders fell to Old Dominion, 70-60.
MT shot 33 percent (19 for 58) from the field and 34 percent (12 for 35) from 3-point range on the evening but hit 13 of their field goals and eight of their 3-pointers after the break in a comeback attempt.
The Raiders did limit their turnovers to just nine after a season-high 21 last time out and collected six steals and five blocks in the loss.
