MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee men's tennis coach Jimmy Borendame has announced the signing of Lucas Olivier to his 2021 recruiting class.
A native of Marseille, France, Olivier is ranked -2/6 in his home country in the French National Ranking system and is ranked 12th among boys in France born in 2003. A few of his biggest accomplishments include being the 2019 regional champion, 2019 doubles winner in the French National Championships, and was also a semifinalist at the 2019 French National Championships in singles.
He has not been able to compete recently due to the pandemic but his Universal Tennis Ranking (UTR) is currently 12.
