MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — If you're a fan of high-scoring games, then Blue Raider Softball Field was the place to be Thursday night. In a 9–6 slugfest, the Blue Raiders edged out the Jax State Gamecocks in a thriller.
The Blue Raiders (22–22, 10–9 CUSA) and Gamecocks (28–18, 10–9 CUSA) traded runs back and forth until MTSU pulled away late.
