MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — It was a busy weekend at the Middle Tennessee Softball Field, as the Blue Raiders took all three games from Kennesaw State to climb up the Conference USA standings.
MTSU walked off in a 5-4 win in the first of two games of their Friday doubleheader, with Anyce Harvey smacking a pinch-hit sacrifice fly to plate the final run after the Blue Raiders entered the bottom of the seventh down one run. Ava Brooks tied the game on an RBI single just one batter prior. The Blue Raiders then dominated the final two contests, winning via run rule on Friday night, 12-2, before never trailing in Saturday's series finale, winning 5-1.
