MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — The sun was shining bright in Old Fort Park here in Murfreesboro, as No. 28 Middle Tennessee men's tennis were able to play a match outdoors for the first time this spring, taking down No. 30 VCU 6-1 on Sunday.
Stijn Slump and Francisco Rocha both earned ranked wins during singles play, with No. 74 Slump's 6-4, 6-3 win over No. 67 Charles Bertimon clinching the match on court 1.
