Nine Blue Raiders set personal records at Day One of the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Middle Tennessee Track & Field had a successful first day of the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational at Louisville University.

The day was highlighted by Allan Kiplagat breaking the program record in the Men's 3000m race with a time of 7:56.60. The sophomore crushed his previous best of 8:12.85 and beat the previous program record by two seconds.

The day opened with two Blue Raiders setting personal records in the Women's 200m race in Bridgett Annan and Laila Rudolph. They recorded times of 25.27s and 25.
