FORT MYERS, Fla. — Middle Tennessee women's tennis comeback falls short against Liberty 3-4 on Friday.
After a rain delay, the Blue Raiders took the courts at 4:15 p.m. for a 11:30 a.m. scheduled match.
Liberty won the doubles point by winning the first two doubles matches.
In singles, Sana Garaknai picked up the first point for MTSU defeating Almborg 6-3, 6-2. Love-Star Alexis came up short as the Flames took a 3-1 lead.
Muskan Gupta would secure the second point for the Blue Raiders against Davtyan 6-3, 6-4.
