MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee volleyball lost the final match of Blue Raider Bash falling to No. 21 Arkansas State. The Blue Raiders lost the match by a score of 0-3, with all the sets coming down to the wire. The scores of the sets were as follows: 21-25, 23-25, and 23-25.
MTSU (2-4, 0-0) could not overcome their 27 hitting errors, even though they had a higher hitting percentage than Arkansas State (5-1, 0-0). The Blue Raiders recorded an absurd 14 blocks during the match. Freshman helped take part in nine of those. Freshman was also apart of the block party, helping in seven of those blocks.
