New Orleans, La. – The Middle Tennessee baseball team fell to Tulane, 2-0, in game one of a three game series. The Blue Raiders (3-6, C-USA 0-0) were no-hit by the Green Wave (7-2, AAC 0-0) for the program's first no-hitter since 2005 and the third since 1998.
The Blue Raiders lone base runner was catcher Mason Speirs in the sixth inning who reached on an error by the Green Wave shortstop.
Despite the woes of the Raider offense, MT was kept in striking by great pitching performances from Aaron Brown and Brycen Thomas.
