LEXINGTON, Ky. – Middle Tennessee (5-10) dropped both games of a doubleheader to Kentucky (11-4) on Sunday afternoon by a score of 7-0, and 5-4.
GAME ONE
The Wildcats used a six run seventh inning to pull ahead late in game one, winning by a final of 7-0.
It was a pitchers' duel up until that seventh inning, with both teams combining for just three hits through the first six innings.
Right-hander Carson Lester got the start for the Blue Raiders and put together his best start this season.
