KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — On the final day of the Tennessee Relays, Middle Tennessee broke a pair of school records in team relays to complete the weekend with 18 top 10 finishes.
On the women's side, the Blue Raider team of Janet Amponsah, Agnes Abu, Loveth Odia and Abike Egbeniyi captured the school record for the second time this season in the women's 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:35.76.
MT also secured a second-place win in the men's distance medley relay. The quartet of Eliud Rutto, Ifiok Umoh, Hillary Rono and Sampson Laari broke the 35-year-old school record with a time of 9:48.
