MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee (19-29, 6-13 C-USA) centerfielder bat has been hot of late. Coming off a 4-for-10 weekend at UTEP, Hill had a productive night in the Blue Raiders series opener against Conference USA western division foe Louisiana Tech (33-17, 13-6 C-USA). However, Hill's 2-for-3 night wasn't enough to help her team overcome the production from the top of the LA Tech lineup as the Blue Raiders fell 5-1 on Friday night at Blue Raider Softball Field.
The Lady Techsters didn't waste any time getting on the board, stringing together three hits in the top of the first to net a couple of runs and give them a 2-0 lead.
