The Blue Raiders began their fall season this weekend in Philadelphia at the Penn Invitational. In the event, Middle Tennessee faced off against Princeton, Yale, Penn, Denver, and Columbia and finished with a combined 18-34 record between singles and doubles.
Freshman led the team in singles with a 2-1 singles record and wins over opponents from Penn and Princeton. MT debuted three freshmen, including who finished the weekend with a perfect 4-0 doubles record. Junior transfer and Senior also went undefeated in doubles, as each won two matches when paired with Rocha.
