Tara James was looking for the ideal place she was looking for a school for her daughter to attend in Rutherford County.
As it turned out, James and everyone involved at Providence Christian Academy found the perfect fit.
"I didn't even know about PCA," said James who is the school's high school girls basketball coach and athletic director. "I'm from this area, down the road from Auburntown, but I didn't know anything about PCA until someone told us we should check it out.
"We were looking for an alternative for my second-grade daughter. As it turned out it was a lovely atmosphere with a Christian atmosphere and low teacher-to-student ratio.
