MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Middle Tennessee men's tennis program has received eight All-Academic awards, including seven individual recipients, per the release from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) on Monday morning.
"This is always an award we earn each season, and it has become an important expectation," Head Coach Jimmy Borendame said following the ITA's release. "I am proud of the guys for this achievement."
Former players Demis Taramonlis, Javier Cueto Ramos and Leo Raquin, as well as current players Jakub Kroslak, Karim Al-Amin, Kristian Thomas and Ondrej Horak were each named an ITA Scholar Athlete.
