MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — If you visit the office just inside the front door of the Kennon Sports Hall of Fame, you'll likely find Head Strength Coach Matt Hickmann typing up his workout plans, when he's not looking for the player cards, filled with headshots and PRs and, for the fortunate few, team records, that used to dot the walls of his office in the weight room across the street.
It's clear that Hickmann has just moved into the space most recently held by Associate AD for Marketing and Fan Engagement Chelsea Floyd and is more well known as the office of long-time Varsity Club Director Jim Simpson.
