MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee men's tennis stayed perfect earning back-to-back victories on Saturday, defeating Wichita State, 4-2, followed by a 4-0 win over Drake.
Opening up the first match of the day against Wichita State, the Blue Raiders succumbed the doubles point to the Shockers.
Down 1-0 heading into singles, the Blue Raiders led on five courts after the first set with No. 76 Chris Edge winning the Raiders' first singles point on court 3 by defeating Lago, 6-2, 6-2. He has won five straight.
On court 5, Francisco Rocha gave Middle Tennessee's first lead to 2-1 after winning in a straight set, 6-2, 6-4, over Wichita State's Latinovic.
