MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – After finalizing his three assistant coaches last week, Middle Tennessee Head Men's Basketball Coach Nick McDevitt announced Tuesday that former Blue Raider Kerry Hammonds II will remain in his current role as Director of Basketball Operations.
Hammonds re-joined the Blue Raider staff in July of 2017 in his current position. He was previously a Graduate Assistant under former head man Kermit Davis in the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons.
"Kerry has been an invaluable asset to me and my staff from the moment I arrived in Murfreesboro," McDevitt said. "He has a very strong work ethic, approaches each day in a first-class manner and has an outstanding reputation in this community.
