KENNESAW, Ga. – Despite a strong performance on the mound from Saturday starter , Middle Tennessee's four-game winning streak came to a halt Saturday with a 7-0 loss at Kennesaw State.
Middle Tennessee (9-6) collected just five hits on the day while Kennesaw State (7-7) took advantage of 11 hits and four walks to stay active on the basepaths and push runners across the plate.
Troutt threw six and one-third innings for the Blue Raiders allowing six hits and three earned runs while striking out four KSU batters and walking just one.
