MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee Soccer senior forward Peyton DePriest accomplished a feat this week that no other Conference USA women's soccer player has ever done before, scored her 50th career goal, to become the C-USA all-time leader in career goals scored, breaking an over 20-year-old C-USA record.
The honor marks the third of her career and the first for the Blue Raiders during the 2021 campaign.
The Franklin, Tennessee native helped lead a Middle Tennessee Blue Raider offense to back-to-back wins this week, defeating Detroit Mercy 2-1 on Thursday, before closing the week with an impressive 3-1 victory against the Houston Baptist Huskies on Sunday.
