MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Led by Peyton DePriest and Hannah Tillett as a preseason Conference USA selection, the Middle Tennessee soccer team was picked fifth overall in the 2019 C-USA head coaches' poll announced on Monday (Aug. 12).
The preseason all-conference honors and ranking were determined on a vote of the 14 C-USA head soccer coaches. Defending regular season co-champions North Texas and Florida Atlantic were picked first and second in the 2019 poll, respectively.
The last two C-USA Freshman of the Year winners, Tillett (2018) and DePriest (2017) is selected to the Preseason Team for the 2019 season.
