MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -Middle Tennessee head men's basketball coach will serve as the featured speaker on Monday at the Birmingham Tip Off Club luncheon.
The organization was founded in 1973 with the purpose of helping restore, educate and advance the game of basketball in the greater Birmingham area. Some of the organization's very first speakers included basketball greats Adolph Rupp, Bobby Knight, Dale Brown and Babe McCarthy.
Davis will follow a list of recent Tip Off Club guests that includes Vanderbilt men's basketball head coach Kevin Stallings, Alabama men's basketball head coach Avery Johnson, former NBA head coach Del Harris and Fox Sports NCAA football and basketball sportscaster Tim Brando.
