CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Middle Tennessee women's golf took 24 strokes off its first-round score Monday in the second round of the Chattanooga Classic. The Blue Raiders carded a collective 294 (+6), led by Taylor Edlin's 68 (-4).
MTSU weathered chilly conditions and morning rain to move up two spots in the team standings to a tie for 14th place at 612 (+36) heading into the third round. The Blue Raiders moved up three spots from where they ended the first round, equaling the biggest jump of the day. Each member of MTSU's lineup improved by at least two strokes round-over-round.
