TUSCALOOSA, ALA. – Middle Tennessee led the way for Conference USA with four 2023 NFCA Division 1 all-region selections. Middle Tennessee is a part of the NFCA's All-Mideast Region.
Laura Mealer earned first-team honors and Gretchen Mead, Amaya Harris and Shelby Echols earned second-team.
Conference USA had eleven total selections to the all-region teams including four Blue Raiders. Mealer earned first team leading the conference in hits (71), runs (62) and RBI (51) and the third most doubles (19) in the country. Mead, Echols and Harris represented the second-team honors for MTSU.
