GREENVILLE, S.C. – Middle Tennessee women's golf put together a solid round to open the Lady Paladin Invitational, turning in a 7-over 295 on Friday to stand in fourth place.
Despite having bogeys on the final two holes drop the Blue Raiders from third to fourth, they remain within reach of the leaders with 36 holes left to play in Greenville, S.C.
Freshman led the bunch in round one, logging a 1-under 71 in just the fourth round of her collegiate career to rank tied for sixth through 18 holes.
