LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Middle Tennessee track and field team impressed on the first day of the Clark Wood Open. The Blue Raiders collected five podium finishes and two event titles.
Throws
Regina Yeboah earned a new personal best in the women's javelin throw with a 29.39m mark to finish 15th.
Jumps
Akera Benton finished seventh and notched a personal best in the women's long jump with a 6.01m mark. Benjamin Onyekwelu finished seventh in the men's long jump with a 7.37m jump.
