MARICOPA, Ariz. - Middle Tennessee ended the inaugural National Golf Invitational in eighth place Sunday. Taylor Edlin led the Blue Raiders with a 54-hole score of 221 (+5), tying for 12th individually.
MTSU carded a 302 (+14) in the third round to finish at 902 (+38). The Blue Raiders started strong, picking up nine of their 12 birdies in the first half of the round.
Edlin shot a 74 (+2) Sunday, equaling MTSU's lowest score of the round. She finished her day with a birdie on the ninth hole after starting the round on the 10th.
