WEST POINT, Miss. — Middle Tennessee men's golf finished the Mossy Oak Collegiate Championship with a score of 861 (-3), its third-lowest tournament score of the season, to finish 11th. Kevin Jegers led the way in a tie for 32nd at 212 (-4).
The Blue Raiders started the day by putting the finishing touches on their third-lowest round of the season. After the second round was paused due to darkness Monday night, MTSU finished the round with a score of 279 (-9), three strokes shy of their best score of the year.
The Blue Raiders carded a collective 296 in the third round as the temperature rose from the low 60s into the upper 70s.
