MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee softball kicks off its fall schedule on Sunday, Sept. 19 as the Blue Raiders travel up I-24 for a Music City showdown against the Tennessee State Tigers. First pitch is schedule for 4 p.m. at Tiger Field.
Head Coach Jeff Breeden enters his 10th season with the Blue Raiders, compiling a 190-269 record during his time at Middle Tennessee.
Entering the 2021-22 season, the Blue Raiders lose six fielding starters and one of the team's main pitchers from a season ago. However, the Blue Raiders return 16 for the 2021-22 season, including three veteran pitchers.
